Roots of Home: A Tribute to Central American Heritage

This mural, created for Pinot & Picasso Abbotsford, is a deeply personal tribute to the childhood village of the studio’s founders. Inspired by their Central American roots, it captures the vibrant energy, community spirit, and natural beauty of their hometown. Set against majestic volcanoes, a serene lake, and a radiant sunset, the mural portrays colorful houses, blooming flora, and a central church—a symbol of unity and tradition. Crafted with a blend of acrylic and water-based spray paints, it combines intricate details with vivid colors, offering visitors an immersive experience that celebrates cultural heritage while inspiring creativity in this unique sip-and-paint space.
